A Pharmacist's LDN Experience- Dr. John Kim

Dr. John Kim has researched Low Dose Naltrexone deeply and explains how this safe, effective, and inexpensive drug normalizes our system. He describes his dosing regimen, starting Low (.1 mg) to allow the body to adjust. Some people are very sensitive and need to titrate up slowly. He discusses the various ways LDN affects our cells to reduce inflammation, which causes pain and even depression. He mentioned his ability help patients overcome food allergies which was quite interesting. As a naturopathic doctor he has many approaches to healing, but LDN is at the forefront in treatment.
